What types of decorations and lighting are available?
We specialize in elegant string lighting and can also provide you with professional holiday wreaths, garland and special effects lighting for both residential and commercial properties.
How much will it cost and do you have standard priced packages?
There are several factors that contribute to an estimate for services. We offer a free, no obligation estimate because each installation is customized to the property—so the customer can invest as much—or as little—as they want!
Will you install lights that I already own?
No, we cannot warranty the quality or workmanship of lights we do not provide. All of our lights are the highest quality and custom made to our timers, plugs, and outlets.
What happens if the lights stop working or there is a problem?
We monitor your property throughout the holiday season to make sure your lighting is fully intact. If you notice a problem with the display simply call our office and we will have someone out to make repairs within 24 hours.
Is there a difference between the lights I buy from retailers and the ones you use?
Yes, the products we offer are manufactured to industry standards. We also use rated outdoor extension cords and commercial grade accessories depending on the needs of the display.
Will I need to hire an electrician?
In most cases, no. But with larger installations, additional power sources may be needed. We have an electrical contractor that we can bring to the job or we can make sure the necessary information is provided to an electrical contractor of your choice.
How long does the install take & do I need to be home for the service?
Depending on the complexity and size of the installation, the installation will take anywhere from 2-24 hours for residential properties and 1-7 days for large commercial properties. In most cases you do not need to be home for the installation, maintenance, or take down.

Do I have to turn on my lights?
We set all light displays to timers that are set to your preferences.
Why do my lights not work when it is raining?
In most areas, electrical codes require all outside outlets to be GFI. This is a safety feature to keep one from being electrocuted. When it rains heavily it will flip the breaker. It is not the fault of the decorations, and no matter what you plug into the breaker, it will not work if it is raining.
How far in advance do I need to contact you to get a bid and have the work done?
Contact us as early as possible. The decorating season is short, and our schedules tend to fill up by mid-November.
How soon after the holidays will you take the decorations down?
We will work with you to schedule a takedown appointment that is convenient for you and will comply with any HOA or City Ordinance time limits. Simply let our representative know the requirements.
Do you offer LED Lights?
Yes, they are more expensive to use and maintain, but are available.
Do you ever give discounts?
We run specials at different times of year so keep a watch for our specials. We send an email with these specials when they are available. Also, join us at Facebook and you can find sales that are only available to our Facebook friends.
Are there light strings to replace ones I have purchased in the past?
We do not have the LED light strands available to retrofit the older displays.
